Christina has a proven track record of realizing value creation by leveraging her deep knowledge of beauty and extensive network as she drives organizational alignment and optimizes team productivity. Christina started her career at Goldman Sachs, Investment Banking Division in the Consumer and Retail Group—then served as a private equity investor across the beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, home, and media industries. She is passionate about driving meaningful change in the beauty industry, both by developing the next generation of professional talent and by translating collaborative ideation into impactful advancements for the consumer.
Sidi Drissi is the bareMinerals and BUXOM Global President. Sidi is responsible for the international brand and business development and oversees marketing and commercial activities. Sidi has spent more than 20 years in the beauty industry in a variety of leadership roles dedicated to brand building, business unit general management and direct-to-consumer growth. Passionate about brand purpose and culture, he was involved in multiple transformational agendas, top and bottom lines growth delivery, organizational and business scale-up. He graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine where he received a MBA in Marketing and Strategy.
Salima Popatia serves as the Chief Digital Officer for Orveon, responsible for architecting digital consumer strategies using data-driven insights and connected technologies.
Salima is an entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years experience in digital branding and customer-first strategies. Passionate for brands with purpose and driving strategic balance between creativity and commerce to meet the needs of the evolving consumer. A consumer data expert with strong acumen in e-commerce platforms and marketing technologies, innovating across performance and CRM marketing channels to drive growth.
She has led companies in all phases of growth, from being a founder to scaling businesses and turning around P&Ls to driving incremental growth within large enterprise level organizations.
Salima graduated from the Stern School of Business at NYU. She is married with two children and lives in Jersey City.
Diane Kim joined Orveon and its Executive Committee as the Global President of Laura Mercier, responsible for leading the overall brand vision, strategy and direction. Diane is a seasoned business executive with 25+ years in the beauty and fashion industry. She is a commercially minded brand architect with a deep understanding of the global beauty sector and prestige consumer.
She brings to the Group broad global marketing and brand management experience across diverse companies and business models. Working with startup ventures, private equity backed businesses, publicly traded global corporations and multi-nationals during her tenure at various organizations such as Donna Karan International, Manzanita Capital, The Estee Lauder Companies, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty and most recently Yatsen Group as Global President of Eve Lom Skincare.
Brinn Garner is Chief Revenue Officer US, of Orveon Global and is responsible for driving the Collective’s strategic and profitable growth for the future, as we face forward together! She joined the Orveon Global team day 1, in December 2021. Brinn has 20 years of Premium Beauty industry experience leading teams and companies as they scaled from small to large, and large to larger.
Marco Ficarelli is Chief Revenue Officer, International and his role is to build the future strategy of profitable revenue growth for the entire Company business. He is an accomplished senior executive with 25 years of experience in FMCG Businesses of which the last 14 in Beauty, managing Luxury, Professional & Consumer divisions. Result-driven and with strong ability to work and lead teams under pressure in fast changing environments, he holds a recognized track record of achieving exceptional outcomes and business transformations in HQs, Regions and Local Markets Senior Management roles. He can combine strong Brand Building competencies with an in-depth Omni-Channel knowledge, a Multi Geographies Experience, and a Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit. Marco graduated cum laude at the Luiss Guido Carli University and he is a true Global citizen who worked and lived in 4 different Continents.
Emilia Flamini is the Chief Financial Officer at Orveon with responsibility to lead the finance function to deliver profitable growth and safeguard company assets. Emilia has over 20 years of finance experience in large multinationals in Europe and in the US, covering leadership positions in FP&A, Accounting, Internal Audit and Pricing. Emilia graduated in Business and Economics in Rome, Italy and received her MBA from INSEAD, France; she is passionate about volunteering and sits on a nonprofit board focusing on youth.
Robert Rigby-Hall is Chief People Officer with responsibility for leading Orveon’s global HR organization, including talent management, leadership development & learning, compensation & benefits, diversity, and culture development. He has over 25 years multi-sector experience from start-ups to large companies; and a reputation for attracting and developing top talent that operates effectively in complex matrixed and multi-cultural global organizations. He is a champion of corporate responsibility and was the recipient of the Business Leadership Award by United Nations Global Compact. Robert is a US & British citizen who has lived & worked in US, UK, Europe, and Asia.
Laurent Mialhe is Chief Supply Chain Officer at Orveon with responsibility for Product Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics. He has over 30 years of operations experience in the Consumer Goods Industries with companies such as Estee Lauder, Huda Beauty, Shiseido Americas, Fareva, Coty, LVMH and Procter & Gamble. Laurent holds a Master Degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut National Polytechnique Grenoble.
Pascal Houdayer has three decades of experience leading beauty and personal care businesses across both developed and emerging markets. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of NAOS (Bioderma, Esthederm, Etat Pur), a global leader in dermo-cosmetics that develops innovative skin care and personal care products, and as an Executive Vice President and member of the Management Board at Henkel, where he was responsible for the Beauty Care Division, after leading the Asia-Pacific region, Digital, New Business Development, and the global Home Care business. Prior to that, Pascal worked for 19 years at Procter & Gamble holding various international management and leadership positions in the United States, Europe, and Africa. He most recently served as President and Founder of stratosPHere, a global private equity senior advisory and consulting firm. Pascal is married and the father of 3 children. Pascal holds a dual MBA from ESSEC France and York University Canada, and is an alumni of Harvard Business School. A citizen of the world, who lived and worked in 7 countries and 3 continents.
Mike Wong is the Chief Science Officer at Orveon and is responsible for overseeing strategy, development and execution of a multi-year global portfolio Innovation Master Plan, encompassing Product / Services / Experiences from a technical side. Mike has broad R&D experience in various consumer products categories for over 25 years. Mike has worked for Colgate-Palmolive, L’Oreal, Henkel, Scotts Miracle-Gro and EOS. He received his B.S. (University of Tulsa; Chemistry & Mathematics) and Ph.D. (University of Illinois; Chemistry).
